First's mandate is simple:
We help those who can't help themselves. We investigate
animal neglect and cruelty cases all across Northeast Mississippi.
From dogs and cats, to horses and ferrets, we're serious
about what we do. You can help.

Compassion First needs your help in order to continue
helping the animals in need in the area. As the mission
and mandate grow, so do the expense and the workload. You
need to get involved. Since we're funded 100% by
donations, our primary need is

Rescued
dogs, puppies, kittens, and cats have resulted in a number of wonderful animals
being available for adoption. Compassion First's adoption
program is designed to ensure that all animals are matched
